Before Booking

Please read and agree to my policies before booking an appointment.

A deposit (as discussed) is required to secure your appointment

Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE

Cancellation/ Rescheduling Policy

A 24-48 hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling

FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE OF 50% OF THE SERVICE PRICE

Payment Policy

Payment is due at the end of the service

Refund Policy

No refunds on the services performed

If you are unhappy with your service please let me know so I can make it right

Sanitation & Hygiene Policy

I follow proper sanitation hygiene procedures to ensure your safety

Client Conduct Policy

Respectful behavior is expected. No harassment or abuse will be tolerated.

Social Media Policy

By booking an appointment, you agree to let me share your nail photos on social media.

Other

Please don't bring others or pets to the appointment

Please come with bare nails (unless I myself has done your previous set or unless we have discussed the issue)

I am a "beginner" nail tech so please expect your appointment to be anywhere from 2hrs to 5hrs depending on the set

Please let me know if you have any discomfort or change of mind about your set throughout your appointment.

Please NO using PHONES, EATING or DRINKING without letting me know to prevent lint or other mishaps during your appointment.
